Pricing estimates

During the warmer months, we care for your lawn every 7-10 days, on average about 32 cuts per year.

Our estimate is based on the square footage of your yard, the type of terrain, and the layout of your property. Minimum cost is $30, and averaged over the entire year (32 cuts/year).

We don't mow trash or large debris, and we blow hard surfaces after mowing and triming.

To lower your costs and preserve our equipment, we do not recommend waiting longer than 10 days between mowings.

Depending on the season, we will work with you to schedule bi-weekly mowing and trimming. No phone calls to set up times and dates are necessary after your yard is put on the schedule. Seasonal fertilization is vital to maintainig the lush, vibrant grass you want year round. We will follow the fertilization schedule if you opt for this seasonal service, which leaves you worry and hassle free.

We work your requests into our schedule too. For example, the customer's home in the photo has over 3 acres, which would be very expensive to cut every week. We set up a schedule that made the homeowner happy, and kept the yard looking great. In this case, we cut the main lawn around the home every week, and the larger areas once a month.
