irrigation

Watering your yard, beds, trees, is something most people don't put high on their to-do lists, but did you know that laws need at least 1" of rain, weekly, to remain healthy? And if you add fertilizers or herbicides, your lawn may need even more rain. Should you just let Mother Nature take care of everything?

No! Instead, consider installing an irrigation system that fits your landscape. Properly installed irrigation systems are easily maintained, and timers can be set so you don't have to do anything except sit back and admire the lush, green grass.

how irrigation systems work

Most lawns and landscapes usually have 3-4 lawn "zones" and 2-3 bed "zones." Each zone operates automatically and each sprinkler head provides the adequate amount of water (gallons per minute). The whole system of zones and their sprinklers are set with timers, or a clock (work station), which is placed on the outside of the home.

our systems come with a 12 month guarentee!

After installation, we guarantee to come out to adjust and monitor your lawn and bed zones and sprinkler heads, and to answer any questions you may have. We also will purge your system before winter, and recharge the system in the spring.

get irrigation, not irritation!

Did you know you pay for 1 gallon of sewer usage for every gallon of water you use? What happens if you forget you have the sprinkler running?

For some, it takes all day to water the lawn, and every plant on the property, so during 3 week dry spells water bills can get extremely expensive.

Most irrigation jobs can be installed in only a few days! That few days can ultimately save you from paying more for your water usage than you should.

The big cost of watering is having the city install a new water tap at your home. At Sycamore Gardens Landscape Services, we are working on ways to have city municapls to install deduct meters that allow tracking of water, not sewer, consumption. We also install water spigots in specific locations for convience, like where you wash your car or rinse your driveway.

Why pay for sewer usage when you don't have to?
